2. Service Description

hxpert biz official provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas. Services include general cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning solutions tailored to client requirements.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Bookings are made through our website or by contacting us directly. A booking confirmation will be provided via email or phone. Clients must provide accurate location and access information. We reserve the right to reschedule if access is denied or information is inaccurate.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the agreed service package. We accept multiple payment methods including online transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery where applicable. Invoices will be provided upon service completion. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Service Quality and Liability

We commit to providing high-quality cleaning services. However, we are not responsible for damage to items caused by pre-existing conditions, client negligence, or items left in service areas. Clients must report any service issues within 24 hours for resolution.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe access to premises, remove valuable items, and provide clear instructions regarding restricted areas. Clients are responsible for securing pets and informing us of any hazardous materials or special requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of hxpert biz official and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to use our services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by Indian law and resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
